MINIMUMS

Opening minimum: $150

ORDERING

Orders would be made online via our wholesale website, contact us for further methods. All orders are placed as purchase orders on our site and payment is made at time of submission.

PAYMENT

Payments must be received prior to shipment. Payment is accepted via PayPal or credit card.

Paying via Paypal with a credit card without Paypal account: Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. You’ll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.

ONLINE RETAILERS

Approval is required for all wholesale accounts that wish to sell our products online. Once you are approved as an online retailer, you may only sell on the URL that is submitted and approved through your wholesale application. Failure to comply will result in wholesale account termination. Online retailers carrying our products must include the Compoco logo in the product description and/or title.

SHIPPING

Economy mail (10-18 business days)
International: DHL Express (4-7 business days)

Shipping times vary by location. For international accounts, any additional fees, duties, and import taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. If you need an expedited order, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Compoco is not responsible for carrier delays due to rerouting or inclement weather. Orders are shipped from our studio in Israel, unless stated otherwise. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

TURNAROUND TIME

Most items ship from our studio within 2-5 business days, with the exception of holidays or shop closures. However, if an item is out of stock due to high demand we typically require 5-2 weeks lead time. Larger orders may require additional lead time. That being said, we’re so excited to get our products to you that we try to ship all orders as quickly as possible!

BACKORDERS

Occasionally products may be backordered. We’ll be sure to notify you as soon as possible if this happens. Unless otherwise requested, we’ll ship all in-stock items from your order first and the backordered items will ship to you as soon as they become available. All backorders will be invoiced at the same time as the original order.

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES TO ORDER

We must be notified of any cancellations or changes to your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hour period, all sales are final.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless items are damaged. We kindly ask that you notify us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged products. After you’ll send the items back to our studio, we’ll make sure to compensate you for shipping cost . Upon inspection and approval, we’ll issue a replacement. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

All work is copyright © Compoco. Work may not be reproduced, altered or used without written permission from Compoco. All rights reserved. In purchasing any Compoco products, you agree that the terms and conditions will be interpreted under the laws of the United States.

Compoco products may not be resold on third party sites, such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.

Retailers may only sell our products in their original format. Multiple-unit packs may not be split up and sold individually or recombined into new formats or combinations.

All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.
