Payment orders and cancellations
What currency are the items priced with?
The currency of the items is $ USD (European Union Euro).
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments must be received prior to shipment. Payment is accepted by credit card or PayPal.
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. You’ll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
Are my details secure on your site?
We do not keep records of your payment method & all other information is solely used to ship your order.
Your connection is encrypted via a SSL certificate widely used in popular sites like banks, Facebook and Paypal. All to maximize the safety of your information.
Cancellations / Changes to order
We must be notified of any cancellations or changes to your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hour period, all sales are final. If we didn’t prepare your order by then, it can be cancelled.
Shipping rates are mostly determined by weight and location.

Tracked mail (2-6 weeks)
FedEx Express (4-7 business days)
Shipping times vary by location. For international accounts, any additional fees, duties, and import taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. If you need an expedited order, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Compoco is not responsible for carrier delays due to rerouting or inclement weather. Orders are shipped from our studio in Israel, unless stated otherwise. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Yes! We ship worldwide.
When will you ship my order?
We will ship your order within 2-4 days and notify you of it by email.

We are located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Who’s responsible for customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations when contacted and shipped back the items back within 14 days of delivery, request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What is a business day?
A business day is a popular unit of time measure that typically refers to any day in which normal business operations are conducted. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays by all corresponding parties involved in a shipment.

Do I have to make an account if I want to purchase?
No, you don’t have to have an account. Make an account if you want to review your order, save your shipping address and more... You can check out as a guest as well.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! Head to the wholesale tab on the top of the page, sign up and fill in the wholesale application form, or click here.
We will review your application and send the login information to your email . You can then enter the wholesale system with it.
