Affiliates Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") are a legal agreement between the affiliate ("you" or "Affiliate") and Compoco ("we" or "Compoco") governing your participation in our affiliate program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Program Participation

To participate in the Program, you must complete the application form and agree to these terms and conditions. Once we approve your application, you'll receive a unique referral link that you can use to promote our products or services.

3. Commission

We'll pay you a commission on each sale that's made through your referral link. The commission rate and payment terms will be specified in your affiliate account.

Payments will be made on a [insert payment schedule, e.g. monthly or bi-weekly] basis. Commissions earned during a given month will be paid out on the [insert specific date or time frame, e.g. 15th day of the following month].

Locked commissions may occur during a waiting period of [insert time frame, e.g. 30 to 60 days], during which returns, refunds, or chargebacks may occur. Once the waiting period is over, and any returns or refunds have been processed, the locked commissions will be released and paid out according to the payment schedule.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Spamming: You may not send unsolicited emails or other messages promoting our products or services.
  • Misrepresenting: You may not misrepresent our products or services or make false or misleading claims about them.
  • Trademark Infringement: You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without our prior written consent.
  • Violating Laws: You may not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or ethical standards.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason. If we terminate your participation, you'll be paid any outstanding commissions earned up to the date of termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

We'll not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or your participation in the Program.

7. Modification

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason. If we modify these terms and conditions, we'll provide notice to you via email or by posting the modified terms and conditions on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
