These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Compoco’s Website, located at compoco.com.

Shipping information

Shipping rates are mostly determined by weight and location.
Add items to the cart and enter it to view the costs.

The main shipping methods are:

Tracked mail (14-30 business days)
FedEx Express (4-7 business days)

Shipping times vary by location. For international accounts, any additional fees, duties, and import taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. If you need an expedited order, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Compoco is not responsible for carrier delays due to rerouting or inclement weather. Orders are shipped from our studio in Israel, unless stated otherwise. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Cancellations / Changes to order

We must be notified of any cancellations or changes to your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hour period, all sales are final. If we didn’t prepare your order by then, it can be cancelled.

Customs & Import Charges

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays / miss delivery due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations when contacted and shipped back the items back within 14 days of delivery, request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
